Understand FormSentry's pricing tiers, submission limits, and usage tracking.
FormSentry offers three plans to match your store’s volume. All billing is handled through your Shopify account.

Submission Limits
Each plan includes a monthly submission limit. A “submission” is any form submission that FormSentry checks for spam. Both blocked and allowed submissions count toward your limit.
What happens when you hit the limit?
When you reach your plan’s monthly limit, new submissions still come through to you. They just won’t be checked for spam until your next billing cycle begins. You’ll see a notification in your dashboard when you’re approaching your limit.
Your forms continue to work normally. The only difference is that spam detection is paused until the cycle resets.
Usage Tracking
Your current usage is displayed on the Plan page in your dashboard:
- Submissions used: How many checked submissions in the current cycle
- Remaining: How many submissions are left this cycle
- Cycle end date: When your current billing cycle resets
- Progress bar: Visual indicator of usage percentage
FormSentry will show an upgrade nudge when you’ve used 80% or more of your plan’s submissions.
History Retention
Submission history (the log of all checked submissions with their scores, status, and content) is retained based on your plan:
- Free: 3 days
- Pro: 30 days
- Business: 90 days
After the retention period, submission records are permanently deleted. Upgrading your plan extends retention for future submissions but does not restore previously deleted records.
Upgrading and Downgrading
You can change your plan at any time from the Plan page:
- Click Manage Plan.
- Select your new plan.
- Confirm the change.
Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
Cancellation
To cancel FormSentry:
- Uninstall the app from your Shopify admin (Settings → Apps → FormSentry → Delete).
- All associated data is deleted within 30 days.
There are no cancellation fees. You can reinstall at any time.
